The MEI companies were formed in 1996, as affiliates of Moyar Enterprises Incorporated, by David and Bert Moyar. They seek to be industry leaders in providing true hospitality, crave-worthy food and beverage, welcoming and artful design, and choice and sustainable buildings. The companies, led by Bert and David Moyar, own, develop, and manage hotels in the Midwest, South, and Eastern United States.
