  • Oversight of hotel management company to ensure best practices and generally-accepted industry standards are employed
  • Review of all hotel management company charges to assure they are in accordance with management contract terms

    • Revenue performance, including room revenue, food & beverage revenue and ancillary revenue streams
    • Property maintenance and condition
    • Equipment maintenance plans and preventative maintenance processes
    • Updated requirements from franchise organizations
    • Service standards and performance
    • Human Resource functions and pay scales
    • Service contracts and leases
